Workflow notes
- Use Reference bootstrap to inspect the loaded rules payload.
- Create or import a kingdom, then select it from the kingdom list.
- When you own the selected kingdom, you can grant and revoke guest access by email.
- Event polling uses the same append-only log that guest views will consume.
